My Posse In Effect takes you through decades of unforgettable hits, this 7-piece live band replicates the authentic Beastie Boys experience with three MCs, a world class DJ, and visuals from their iconic video collection. The crowds get to re-live carefree times and always sing along, word for word, in a party atmosphere. Fans of My Posse in Effect are dedicated and cross multiple state lines just to see them perform and with good reason. Over the past ten years, we’ve grown our fan base both locally and regionally performing at numerous radio festivals, casinos, private/corporate events, and even the 80s cruise. Locally, we’ve consistently sold our a popular 750-cap venue for the past six consecutive years and have graduated to an annual show at St. Louis’s famous 2000 cap room, “The Pageant” while playing packed houses across the country. Throughout our time as a band, we’ve had the honor of rocking the stage with notable artists such as 38 Special, 311, Tonny Tutone, Bret Michaels, Less Than Jake, and Sebastian Bach to name a few.
