BIO
The multi-talented Erich Cawalla is modern-day Crooner, Saxophonist, Educator, Recording Artist, and Grammy Voting Member (he also possesses an Accounting Degree---it's true!). He makes his home in Reading PA and travels the country performing favorite selections from The Great American Songbook. His latest show "The Music of Sinatra, Bennett, Darin, & More" transforms the audience back in time to the showrooms and lounges of "Ole' Vegas" where the audience truly becomes part of the show. By combining lush arrangements of popular standards and improvisational comedy, Erich creates an engaging presentation that your patrons will remember for years to come. Erich's debut album "The Great American Songbook" features Erich backed by a 17-Piece traditional big band with string accompaniment and a cameo from Grammy-Winning Trumpet great, Randy Brecker. The album was the #1-Added album in the country for its week of release on the NACC National Radio Chart and rose as high as #14 on the NACC Crossover Chart. Erich looks forward to bringing his unique show to your theatre or performing arts center.
